Actress Pallavi Joshi recently met with an accident on the sets of her upcoming film 'The Vaccine War'. Pallavi was shooting with husband Vivek Agnihotri, who is also directing and producing the film. As per reports, the national award-winning actress plays a key role in 'The Vaccine War' and despite being injured, she completed her shot. The mishap occurred when a vehicle on set lost control and hit the actress.
