Jamie Spears, the father of Britney Spears has been suspended as the controller of his daughter's business affairs by a Los Angeles judge. The decision can be seen as a major victory for the Free Britney movement. Jamie had been controlling the singer's business affairs for the past 13 years. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny said the "current situation is not tenable" while suspending Jamie Spears.
