Javed Akhtar has moved the Bombay High Court in Kangana Ranaut's passport renewal case. Akhtar has accused Kanagan of suppressing facts in her passport petition. Javed Akhtar had filed a defamation case against Kangana last year after she made "defamatory comments" against him in an interview. The lyricist filed an intervention in the court alleging that Kangana failed to disclose his case of criminal defamation against her.
