After facing immense flak and boycott calls on social media over a recent episode of ‘Crime Patrol’, Sony TV has now issued a statement that the story shown was based on events that occurred in 2011 and not on the Shraddha Walkar murder case. As soon as the episode was released, netizens had claimed that it was based on the gruesome Shraddha Walkar murder case of Delhi.
