Veteran actress and Mathura MP Hema Malini recently invited flak for her controversial statement on World Environment Day. Hema took to Twitter and shared videos urging citizens to perform regular ‘havan’ to purify the environment and keep coronavirus at bay. The statement however invited backlash on social media, following which the actress deleted it.
