Bail pleas of Raj Kundra, Ryan Thorpe dismissed by Bombay High Court in pornography case

The Bombay High Court has dismissed the bail pleas of Raj Kundra and Ryan Thorpe in connection with the pornography case. Kundra and Thorpe had challenged the magistrate court's remand order, seeking immediate release in the case. The two are currently in judicial custody in the pornography case. The Esplanade magistrate court had earlier dismissed their bail applications while underlining the seriousness of the offence.
