The record for the longest period without sleep is 11 days
This was set by a Californian student named Randy Gardner in 1964. This is definitely not recommended, however, as Randy experienced extreme sleep deprivation and others have died staying awake for too long.
"Sleeping on your front can aid digestion"
Hands should apparently be positioned above the pillow so you’re in a ‘freefall’ position, whilst laying on your left side can apparently help reduce heartburn.
Sleep experts have discovered a direct link between people’s favourite sleeping positions and their personalities
This is also according to Professor Idzikowski, suggesting that those who sleep in the foetal position “may appear tough but are actually sensitive souls right to their core.” See what the Professor says about the other sleep positions.
Men and Women Dream Differently
Researchers have found some differences between men and women when it comes to the content of their dreams. In several studies, men reported dreaming about weapons significantly more often than women did, while women dreamed about references to clothing more often than men.
Another study showed that men's dreams tend to have more aggressive content and physical activity, while women's dreams contain more rejection and exclusion, as well as more conversation than physical activity.
Women tend to have slightly longer dreams that feature more characters. When it comes to the characters that typically appear in dreams, men dream about other men twice as often as they

How do you know If your body clock is off?
The symptoms for understanding whether your body clock is out of kilter are relatively straightforward:
You find it difficult to go to sleep.
You have restless nights, frequently waking throughout the night.
You wake up early and can’t fall back to sleep.
If you have ever been jet-lagged before, then this is exactly what an out of sync body clock feels like. Jet lag is simply a mismatch of the time of day and your body clock and is one of the primary causes of an out of time sleep-wake rhythm.
