Who knew a high-ranking Norwegian officer could be found in the Edinburgh Zoo? Originally, King Penguin Sir Nils Olav served as the Norwegian Guard's mascot. He swiftly rose through the ranks, from Corporal in 1982 to Knighted in 2008, and Brigadier in 2016.

I don't think my photographs do this cannon's massive size justice. The amusing aspect is that, despite its size, it was never utilized in a conflict! The massive red walls of Jaigarh Fort can be seen from almost anywhere in Amer. Keeping in mind that I had not yet seen Kumbhalgarh Fort, these walls appeared interminable. The guard assured us they were just 3 kilometers long, but they looked much longer. The brilliant red hue set them apart from what we observed at Amer Fort. Personally, I enjoyed visiting the turrets, climbing up the narrow open staircases to see what was below, and simply roaming about the fort's perimeter.

Only three films have even won all five of the most coveted Oscars for Best Film, Actor, Actress, Director, and Writing. They are: 'It Happened One Night' (1935), 'One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest (1976), and 'The Silence Of The Lambs' (1992).

Walt Disney has won more Oscars than anyone else. He was nominated for 64 awards, and won 26! Composer John Williams is the second most nominated person, with 47 Academy Award nominations (and counting).
