It's made out of French fries, gravy, and cheese curds. I realize that doesn't sound very tasty (or perhaps it does). We were able to taste it at the first eatery that offered it in the area-Chez Ashton-during my Saint-Roch walking food tour in Quebec City. Surprisingly, I enjoyed it!
