The Menai Bridge in Anglesey was the world's first suspension bridge built to carry heavy traffic. The bridge, designed by Thomas Telford, was dedicated on January 30, 1826. It was also the longest bridge in the world at the time, measuring 386 metres (1,265 ft).

The IUCN Red List of Threatened Species notes that while the majority of rattlesnake species are not in danger, there are three particular species that warrant attention. The Tancitaran dusky rattlesnake is listed as endangered because of its small range in Mexico, whereas the Santa Catalina rattlesnake, which is native to Isla Santa Catalina, is regarded as critically endangered. 1213 Similar to this, the long-tailed rattlesnake is classified as "vulnerable" because it is so uncommon and has only a few known specimens in western Mexico.

Stingrays bury their bodies in the sand when they sleep, leaving their protective barb protruding to keep themselves safe. It is advised that beachgoers perform the "stingray shuffle" in order to cause vibrations in the sand and alert stingrays to their presence because this can be problematic in areas where humans join the ocean.

In research conducted by Cartoon Network and reported by Daily Mail in 2009, the star signs of 100 celebrities who became famous when they were children were reviewed. The Komodo Dragon is the world's largest lizard, and this 3 metre long, aggressive, scaly beast can only be found on five Indonesian islands: Padar, Gili Motang, Flores, Rinca, and, of course, Komodo. With their deadly bites, massive height, and carnivorous habits, these animals are extremely fearsome. They hunt and kill animals much larger than themselves, even humans.

The young queen was a wedding trendsetter. In 1840, it wasn’t normal to see a bride wearing white. The color was considered boring and conservative, but Victoria didn’t care. A goat herder in Ethiopia is said to have discovered coffee in the 1500s. He noticed his goats munching on coffee cherries. He noticed a change in their behaviour after that; they gained a lot of energy and didn't sleep at night. The herder informed the local monks of his findings. They realised they could stay up all night praying after making their own drink from coffee beans. The news quickly spread to other Ethiopian monks and then to the rest of the civilised world.

He then calculated the circumference of the Earth as 39736 kilometers by calculating the value of pi to be 3.1416. Scientists have calculated that the exact circumference of the Earth is 40,075 kilometers. That is really awesome!

In 2016, Starbucks announced a plan to donate 100% of its leftover food to feed the hungry. The plan was going to affect all 7,000 US locations. They partnered with Feeding America to donate unsold meals, like sandwiches and salads, and it was all due to their baristas speaking up. 

The yeti belt is home to both polar and brown bears, and due to climate change, their ranges are overlapping, resulting in the interbreeding. Yetis are merely regular bears or hybrid polar-brown bears, according to some skeptics. However, hybrids have only been reported in North America.
