UP police files a case against a dead man

An FIR has been registered against a dead man in Pilibhit police station after a local businessman Amit Gupta was assaulted by a group of men. The police filed a case against one Ved Prakash Saxena, who was later revealed to be dead by his wife Pratima Saxena, and four of his relatives. A cross-FIR has also been filed by Pratima Saxena against Gupta for illegally constructing his toilet's septic tank on road.
