To teach educational institutes harassing parents over fee a lesson, retired govt official hacks servers

A retired government official in Rajasthan hacked servers of four schools after the educational institutions allegedly harassed parents of students who were admitted under the Right to Education Act. After hacking the servers, the hacker issued Transfer Certificates to at least 130 students in Sikar district. The man wrote to Sikar Superintendent of Police to confess his crime while describing himself as a 'common man'.
