Third sexual assault case filed against Harvey Weinstein in Los Angeles

Former film producer Harvey Weinstein has been hit with a 3rd sexual assault case in LA. The prosecutors said they have started the process of seeking his extradition from NY where he is serving prison time for rape. Weinstein had tested positive for coronavirus but as soon as he recovered, he was charged with a single crime count of sexual assault by restraint. Over 100 women have accused Weinstein of sexual misconduct.
