Stabbing attack at New Zealand supermarket leaves 5 injured

As many as 5 people sustained injuries after a man carried out a stabbing attack at a New Zealand supermarket Monday. The stabbing attack happened at a Countdown supermarket in the city of Dunedin. A suspect has been taken into custody by the police. “Our thoughts are with all those affected by this attack," Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said while lauding the "courageous acts by bystanders" who protected those around them.
