Somali immigrant carries out knife attack in Germany, 3 killed, 5 injured

As many as three people got killed and 5 people sustained serious injuries in a knife attack in southern Germany on Friday. The attack was carried out by a 24-year-old Somali immigrant. “With the most seriously injured we are not sure that they will survive," regional Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann said. Police arrested the attacker by firing a bullet through his thigh. He reportedly shouted "Allahu akbar" before the attack.
