Sharjeel Imam met Badruddin Ajmal over Anti-CAA agitation: Assam Minister

Sharjeel Imam, the CAA protestor who called for cutting Assam from rest of India, had allegedly met All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) chief and Lok Sabha MP Badruddin Ajmal at his Delhi residence and took part in a secret meeting to discuss the anti-CAA agitation. "Not only with Ajmal, but Sharjeel Imam had also been in touch with many people of Assam and the police are investigating the matter," Himanta Biswa Sarma said.
