The authorities of Sweden have announced on Monday that they will be reopening an investigation into the alleged rape case against the founder of WikiLeaks, Julian Assange. He is currently in jail in the UK for 50 weeks for jumping bail as the US seeks his extradition for his role in data breach case. To avoid extradition, he fled to the Ecuadorean Embassy in 2011 and was removed last month.
