Pune woman who was deradicalised twice joins Islamic State, says NIA

According to a charge sheet by the National Investigation Agency, Sadiya Anwar Shaikh, a 20-year-old Pune-based woman has re-joined the terrorist group Islamic State. As per the chargesheet, Sadiya wanted to become a suicide bomber and was de-radicalised twice in three years by Indian intelligence agencies. The central agency said Sadiya was de-redicalised once in 2015 and then again in 2018, when she was a minor.
