Pakistan still illegally imports drugs via Rajasthan borders

Drugs are mostly trafficked into India over the Rajasthan border. And a total of 23 kg of poppy was captured at the Rajasthan border this year. According to an IANS article, heroin is the most common drug trafficked into India to generate cash, which experts believe are used to support terrorism in Kashmir. The BSF was instrumental in intercepting narcotics at the border before they reached traffickers in India.
