One of accused, who killed 2 YO Aligarh girl, raped his own daughter

The murder of a 2-year-old girl, Twinkle in Aligarh, sparked protests and anger among people and ministers as well. Police had no choice but to take action and so they arrested both the criminals. Now, in a recent development, it is revealed that one of the accused, raped his own 7-year-old daughter and was arrested in 2014. He was currently out on bail and is also accused in a kidnapping case.
