NIA arrests Bengaluru doctor for links with ISIS

A 28-year-old Bengaluru doctor has been arrested by the National Intelligence Agency for his alleged connections with the Islamic State terrorist organization. The man identified as Abdur Rahman was working at MS Ramaiah Medical College. He was taken into custody on Monday in connection with the Islamic State Khorasan Province case that is being probed by the agency. He was in touch with ISIS operatives as well.
