Mumbai Crime Branch moves court to seek custody of Sachin Vaze in Goregaon extortion case

The Mumbai Police Crime Branch approached a special court, demanding the custody of suspended cop Sachin Vaze to investigate the extortion case registered against him and former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh by businessman Bimal Agarwal. The court has sought a response from the Taloja jail hospital on the health condition of the dismissed cop. Vaze recently underwent cardio bypass surgery at a private hospital.
