The Chief Justice of India S A Bobde said the petition of one of the four Nirbhaya convicts challenging rejection of mercy should be listed on "top priority" if execution is on February 1. One of the four convicts in the 2012 gang-rape case, Mukesh Singh moved the court on Saturday challenging the dismissal of his mercy plea by the President.
