In a town in Burkina Faso's turbulent north, suspected jihadists massacred at least 160 citizens, including 20 children, in the bloodiest attack since Islamist violence erupted in the West African country in 2015. President Roch Marc Christian Kabore declared, "We must be together and solid against these obscurantist forces." Following that, the government established 3 days of national mourning, which will last until Monday.
