Jayaraj and Benniks were subjected to brutal torcher, thrashing; walls splashed with blood: CBI on Tuticorin custodial deaths

A CBI report titled "Results of Laboratory Analysis has given the Madurai Bench of the Madras High court a detailed account of the custodial deaths of father-son duo Jayaraj and Benniks in Tuticorin. As per the report, the "deceased Benniks and Jeyaraj were subjected to brutal torture by the accused police officials" and the walls were splashed with their blood. CBI has established police brutality as the reason behind their death.
