Gangster Vikas Dubey's killed associate Prabhat Mishra was a minor: Family

Gangster Vikas Dubey's associate Prabhat Mishra alias Kartikey, one of the six criminals who were gunned down by the Uttar Pradesh Police in an encounter, was reportedly a minor. According to Mishra's family, he was 16 years old and was shot dead just ten days after clearing his Class 12 UP school board examinations. Mishra's date of birth was May 27, 2004. He was arrested from Faridabad by the Haryana Police on July 8.
