Entered US illegally, 9000 Indian arrested this year

More than 2017, this year 9000 Indians were arrested for entering the US illegally, on Friday CBP informed. By paying smuggling rings, between $25,000-$50,000 per person, there is a growth in the number of Indians crossing the US-Mexico border to enter the US illegally. They are also claiming asylum for persecution, a CBP spokesperson said. The Indian Embassy in Washington has not commented on the issue yet.
