ED attaches Rs 70 crore assets of 3 firms including Kolkata's Xavier’s College in Rose Valley scam

The Enforcement Directorate has attached properties worth Rs 70.11 crores belonging to Knight Riders Sports Pvt Ltd and others in connection with Rose Valley Ponzi Scheme case. The agency has provisionally attached movable and immovable properties belonging to various entities and individuals who received funds from Rose Valley Group and related entities under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA).
