Delhi HC spells out measures to ensure safety of women

After Delhi was rocked by Nirbhaya's brutal rape and murder in 2012, a 26-year-old Telangana veterinary doctor’s murder has stunned the nation once again. Now Delhi High Court has issued several measures to prioritize safety of women in the capital. The court has ordered police to post more cops at vulnerable and urged Delhi chief secretary to utilize the huge money accumulated in the Nirbhaya fund more efficiently.
