Cops have 1 lakh pages of documents to confront Umar Khalid: Public Prosecutor tells court

The Special Public Prosecutor asked the court to sent former JNU student Umar Khalid into 10 days of police custody while saying that the cops have documents running into 11 lakh pages to confront Khalid in connection with the communal violence in northeast Delhi. Khalid was arrested under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act after the police unearthed his role in the violence that took place earlier this year.
