4 have been arrested for inquiry in death of Pak prisoner in Jaipur jail

Amid the tensions between India and Pakistan, the news of death of Pakistani prisoner broke in Jaipur Central jail on 20th February. In connection to the death of prisoner Shakar Ullah, the police have arrested 4 men on production warrant for inquiry. Shakar was serving a life term in jail and as informed by prison official he was killed by other inmates after a fight over television volume.
