Zoomcar India receives Rs 14.14 cr equity infusion from US-based parent

Zoomcar India, B'luru-based self driving car rental service, got Rs 14.14 cr equity infusion from US-based parent company. It has raised $11.35 million across multiple forms of equity infusion from its US parent & debt-funding from Trifecta Capital & others. It raised Rs 11.74 lakh in debt funding from Mahindra & Mahindra. The company claims to have a 70% market share with over 7000 cars & aims to have 20k cars by year-end.
