Zomato raised $5 million of funding

The food delivery sector is facing huge losses due to the ongoing lockdown situation. However, amid that, food tech unicorn Zomato has raised $5 million in its Series J funding round that was led by Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC. Earlier, in January 2020, Zomato had raised $150 million from its existing investor Ant Financial. Last year, Zomato said that they were looking to be profitable by 2020 end.
