A WeWork shareholder has dragged the company to court over a $1.7 billion package that has been approved for ousted co-founder Adam Neumann. The lawsuit says the money granted to Mr. Neumann is beyond comprehension and improper. It also accused Neumann and SoftBank of abusing their control of the company to sign off on the deal at the expense of smaller shareholders. However, WeWork called the claims meritless.
