Walmart backed Ninjacart raises $9 Mn from STIC Investment

Ninjacart is raising close to $9 Mn from South Korea based STIC Investment and Singapore-based Main Street Digital Life IV Pte Ltd. The Walmart-backed startup in an extra-ordinary general meeting held in early May has decided to allot 1,319 Series D Compuslory convertible preference shares to STIC Global Innovation and Mainstreet Digital Life IV Pte Ltd.
