Moglix, a business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce platform, announced the acquisition of Vendaxo, an e-commerce platform for buying and selling secondhand machinery, on Wednesday, July 7. According to Moglix's news release, the purchase would enable the firm to supply high-value capital products to manufacturers at reasonable costs.
