Veggie India will merge 100% into startup Milkbasket after acquisition

Though the amount has not been disclosed, daily grocery delivery firm Milkbasket has acquired Veggie India, a Noida-based grocery delivery startup. The deal states that Veggie India will end its services by April 2019 and will merge into Milkbasket. The employees of Veggie India are not worried as they along with the founders Jainendra Upadhyay and Shailendra Upadhyay will work with Milkbasket.
