US-China conflict to weaken global trade, India to get affected: Raghuram Rajan

Raghuram Rajan, the former Governor of the Reserve Bank of India has expressed concerns over the ongoing trade war between United States and China. According to Rajan, the trade war will be impairing global trade which is "extremely important" for emerging markets like India and Brazil. He also mentioned that there will be "enormous bankruptcies in the United States certainly and quite possibly in Europe".
