US-based Clari acquires Indian SaaS platform Wingman

Nearly six months after raising a funding of $225 Mn, US-based revenue operations platform Clari has acquired Bengaluru-based Software-as-a-Service (Saas) platform Wingman for an undisclosed amount. As part of the deal, the startup has been rebranded to ‘Wingman by Clari’. Revenue operations platform Clari will deploy Wingman’s AI systems to streamline communication between different verticals of the business.
