UCO Bank announced Yashovardhan Birla as Willful Defaulter

The chairman of the Yash Birla Group, Yashovardhan Birla has been declared as a willful defaulter by the UCO Bank, after the company failed to repay Rs 67.65crore loan. After several notices served to the company, it still failed to repay the amount. The company was granted a Rs 100 crore credit limit only with fund-based facilities. UCO bank has announced a public notice along with a photo of Yashovardhan Birla in it.
