Uber India received $247 million after the visit of its CEO Dara Khosrowshahi. The investment was approved on October 29 and it came from Netherland's parent entity organisation. After launching Uber eats it is estimated that it will pose a threat to existing food delivery chains like Zomato and Swiggy. CEO visited for launching public transport feature in Delhi making it 9th city and 1st in Asia to receive this feature.
