The addition in Musk's fortunes was due to a surge in Tesla’s share price. Tesla is now all set to join the S&P 500 Index. The entrepreneur has added a whopping $139.7 billion to his fortunes every year. He is now just behind Jeff Bezos in terms of fortunes. Tesla shares surged by 731% this year.
