Swiggy reaches to 500 Indian cities, eyeing 100 more this year

Food delivery app Swiggy has expanded its reach throughout the country, setting up its services from metropolitan to tier-3 cities. It has grown so quickly that its counterpart Zomato might find it hard to catch up. Swiggy is already providing its services in 500 cities and added 60,000 new restaurants on its platform on Monday. The Chief Operating Officer Vivek Sundar said that Swiggy will further expand to 600 cities by Dec 2019.
