Flipkart co-founder Sachin Bansal's BAC acquisition has promised electronic maker Rs 20 crore in venture debt. The co-founders of boAT Aman Gupta and Sameer Mehta said that venture debt helps them to keep the capital structure intact. He also said that boAT's financial performance has always been good and along with that their efficient business model and targeted business insights help them to maintain a profit margin.
