Crown CEO Xavier Walsh may have underpaid the Victorian government $200 million in gaming taxes over a 7-year period. Before determining what it owed the state, they subtracted marketing expenditures from its poker machine income. In the commission's last week of public hearings, more Crown officials are expected to testify. The commission was only made aware of the possible underpayment after the spreadsheet was "unwittingly" published.
