Rossari Biotech buys Unitiop Chemicals for ₹421 crore

Rossari will acquire the whole equity capital of Unitop Chemicals. The majority of it will be bought upon acquisition completion, with the remainder balanced over the next two years. “Unitop Chemicals is a natural match with our activities, bringing enormous synergies and complementing growth dimensions,” said Rossari executive chairman Edward Menezes and managing director Sunil Chari in a press release.
