Kishore Biyani, who led the organised retail revolution in India, and his family members are reportedly not allowed to re-enter the retail sector for the next 15 years under a non-compete clause following Reliance Industries' takeover of the retail, wholesale, logistics and warehousing business of Future Group for Rs 24,713 crore. The acquisition of Future Group's Big Bazaar, fbb, Foodhall, will help Reliance prosper.
