Radio taxi Meru's plea against Uber rejected

Meru claimed that Uber, located in the United States, had used unfair tactics to drive its competitors out of the market due to its dominating position. Customers were given unjustified discounts, resulting in low/predatory pricing, and incentive programmes that were not economically justified were used. According to CCI, Uber does not have a dominating position in this market because Ola also has a large presence.
