Parle G Biscuit factory: 26 child labourers rescued from Raipur factory
The DTF rescued 26 children from the popular biscuit brand Parle G manufacturing company. An operation was conducted after BBA received information that a large number of children were working in Raipur. 26 children aged 12-16 years, who were working as child labourers from 8 am - 8 pm received Rs 5000 - 7000 per month as wages, were rescued & sent to state govt's children home. An FIR was lodged under section79 of JJ act.
