Online food delivery startup Zomato files for Rs. 8,250 crore IPO

Ant Group-backed online food delivery startup Zomato has filed a draft prospectus with market regulator Sebi for its initial public offer (IPO). The company aims to raise Rs. 8,250 crore from the market with the launch of the IPO. "The company may also go for a pre-IPO placement for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 1,500 crore," Zomato said. The food delivery platform had raised $250 million in funding in February.
